Leon Draisaitl has bull-rushed his way to the top of the 2025 Hart Trophy odds leaderboard, trading just ahead of a who's who of past winners and top talent.

Two Connors, Connor McDavid and Connor Hellebuyck, are among the favorites, the latter making waves for rubbing shoulders with the cream of the crop. A goaltender hasn't won the Hart Trophy since Carey Price in 2015.

Nathan MacKinnon is right in the mix at our NHL betting sites, while Kirill Kaprizov has fallen slightly off the pace lately.

Imagine Draisaitl winning the Hart Trophy over teammate McDavid. It happened once before when Draisaitl won the coveted accolade in 2020. However, McDavid missed 18 games that season, paving the path for Draisaitl's first and only Hart Trophy.

McDavid has only missed three games this season, and Draisaitl is the deserving front-runner. He's on pace for 56 goals, which would be one better than his previous career-best. 

Make no mistake, he'll be right there at the end of this almost-nothing-to-choose race. A winning $10 bet would profit $32.50.

Hellebuyck's odds have shortened from +4000 to +400 over the last month, an incredible ascension for the runaway Vezina Trophy odds favorite.

He leads most statistical categories and is way out in front in wins and goals saved above expected. Hellebucyk has been our player to watch since the start of the season as his credentials continually get stronger. 

He still has his work cut out, especially against previous winners McDavid, Nikita Kucherov, MacKinnon, and Draisaitl. If he keeps on this trajectory, we could have the first goaltender Hart Trophy winner in 10 years.
