The anticipation is building for this weekend's global spectacle – and we're not talking about the Super Bowl.

Sure, Sunday's showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles is sure to draw a massive turnout. But so, too, will the Super Bowl halftime show, performed this year by five-time Grammy Award winner Kendrick Lamar.

We asked renowned psychic Inbaal Honigman to tell Sportsbook Review what the Tarot cards say about Lamar's upcoming performance, and how those responses line up not only with some of the top Super Bowl halftime show prop bets, but other burning questions fans have going into the show.

(Spoiler: It's not going to be a great night for a certain Canadian rap star.)

"Humble" to open halftime show; "Not Like Us" to close

Honigman says the Tarot cards like Lamar to go with two of his biggest hits to bookend the show – starting with "Humble" with "Humble" (the +160 favorite on FanDuel Canada) as the opener.

"The Tarot cards say that the first song will be instantly recognizable by a jarring first bar which vibrates uncomfortably," Honigman told Sportsbook Review. "It is seen as a power song which describes the musician’s changeable attitude towards his success.

"The Tarot foresees a song which is powerful, rough and full of hidden meanings. The ironic, authentic, and reflective nature of ‘Humble’ fits the bill. This is Kendrick’s opener."

As for how Lamar will close the festivities, Honigman's Tarot cards like the hit that earned Lamar multiple Grammys on Sunday night.

"The Tarot predicts that the closing song will deal with difficult themes of life, the afterlife, and the corruption that wealth can create," Honigman said. It is described as a cutting, emotional track that is surrounded in controversy as well as success.

"The Tarot foresees a song which brings together traditional styles and new, and appeals to the heart of the fans. The heavy-hitting ‘Not Like Us’ (favored at -160 to close the show) suits the description. This is Kendrick's closing track."

The Tarot cards went on to predict that Lamar will perform 12 songs, which would convert the Over 10.5 play on FanDuel Canada (+100).

"The Tarot predicts 12 songs packed into the halftime set which are sung in full or nearly full," Honigman told Sportsbook Review. "Twelve songs are shown which can be broadcast individually as entire tracks from the performance.

"It’s the little add-ons that will make this show extraordinary, as elements from nine more songs will appear inside, and between other songs. Little Easter eggs for the fans will include a few lines from less-celebrated songs, past hits, and riffs from the start of his road that are close to the artist’s heart."

Tarot cards call for at least two "friends" to join Lamar

The special guest roster is always a hotly anticipated reveal ahead of (and during) the halftime show performance. So who will join Lamar on stage (aside from previously announced SZA)?

"At least two more guests are indicated on the day," Honigman said. "Kendrick would like to surprise his fans, and he also wants to be seen as more multifaceted than other artists, so he’ll bring guests who make his performance more exciting.

"The Tarot suggests that Lamar’s surprise guests are close to his heart, people who he considers friends as well as collaborators. They’re not there for a pay check, they’re there to boost their guy. His guests are not only friends with him, but also with each other."

Two current odds contenders fit the bill, according to the cards.

"One artist is described in the Tarot as a ‘TALKER,'" Honigman told Sportsbook Review. "This is shown as someone whose strength is in creating lyrical masterpieces and delivering them in a unique way. A communicator. This is likely to be Future (listed at +184 to appear on-stage), who is seen as a prolific innovator.

"Another guest artist is seen in the Tarot as an ‘ADVENTURER’, someone who’ll try anything. An inventor, a groundbreaking musician, who walks his own path. This is likely to be Metro Boomin (also listed at +184), who is seen as a master of sonic creations."

Honigman added that tributes to other notable artists will be plentiful, according to the Tarot cards.

"There will be several nods to artists that inspired Kendrick along his way – a riff here, a sample there," she said.

"A short bar from a 70s disco song will add some sass to an otherwise grave track. Egyptian symbols in the Tarot card describing it, indicate that there’s a mention of Egypt, possibly via a Dr. Dre reference. And a cute, sensitive reference will be made to a known line by a female artist, possibly Rihanna."

Fans should expect "cycle of emotions", kneeling, surprises

Honigman said the Tarot reading suggests an emotionally varied performance from Lamar, with a focus on "gritty reality, humility and authenticity.

"(Lamar) will create a full cycle of emotions in the halftime show, led by the imagery and themes of his single ‘Humble’," Honigman said to SBR. Initially the set would appear to celebrate ambition, success, and winning. There may well be a cape and a crown involved! White and gold accents will be featured in the styling. Towards the end of the set, the mood will be lifted again towards the idea of shareable wealth, endless energy and victory."

The cards also predict some unexpected moments during the show.

"The peaceful 2 of Swords Tarot card indicates a moment of reflection, maybe even prayer," she said. "This shows the artist and his team kneeling, in a momentary gesture that can be seen as controversial. Is he showing dedication to his faith? Is he taking the knee? This will be executed intentionally in a non-confrontational way, but will be viewed as a gesture of empowerment."

Drake is in for a rough night

As for how Lamar's heavily publicized feud with Drake will work its way into the show, Honigman said the Tarot cards are predicting plenty of mentions – but not outside of lyrics.

"Drake will be mentioned by name multiple times, but only in song," Honigman explained.  The Tarot predicts up to ten mentions of the Canadian rapper! Some of them are very subtle, but up to three mentions are clear as a bell.

"There will be no mention of Drake’s name in conversation, introduction or joke. He won’t be a topic of conversation, he will be a lyrical theme in a song."

The cards also expect Lamar to save his Drake shade for the end of the show.

"Kendrick will purposefully leave references to Drake to the very end of the show, and then he’ll scattergun them throughout his closing track. He will want people to wonder throughout the show, whether he’ll say anything – and then he’ll drop all the references in one go, mentioning Drake multiple times inside a few minutes.

"Some lines will be brand new, and more raw and fearless than existing lines, but the themes will be similar to what is expected."

And will Drake fire back?

"Drake will address the halftime show performance publicly, subtly and creatively, later the same night," Honigman told SBR. "The Tarot card called ‘Strength’ says that Drake is in a dilemma ahead of the show, not wanting to get stressed or anxious about it, but also not wanting to be unprepared for an attack. Therefore, he has some ideas, and his plan, says the ‘Strength’ Tarot card, is to appear fearless, powerful and victorious over his old adversary.

"Rather than just respond with a fresh diss, Drake has a different idea. He is seen, says the Tarot, working away at a new creative project that is designed to boost his own standing in the musical industry, but potentially – without even mentioning his old adversary at all. He wants to send out a sign that Kendrick's insults are too juvenile and trivial for him to directly respond to."
