I’m going with Cooper for my touchdown play. While he has missed the last two games with a wrist injury, he remains optimistic that he will play. He logged limited practices this week, but there's no guarantee he'll suit up. If he does, I like him as a three-star play.
Allen has thrown 17 touchdown passes this season, but no receiver has caught more than three. This week, Allen gets a solid matchup against a pass defense that allows 1.4 passing touchdowns per game. Which receiver is he likely to target most often?

Don’t be fooled by the Bills having the 15th-ranked run defense in the league. While they’re only giving up 123.2 rushing yards per game, they’re allowing 4.9 yards per attempt, the fourth-worst mark in the league. Last week, the Denver Broncos ran for 121 yards against them and averaged 5.5 yards per carry.
Hunt has been very productive since joining the Chiefs. He has at least 14 carries in every game, and he’s managed at least 62 yards in four of his six contests. He’s only averaging 3.6 yards per carry, but he should see that number go up against the Bills’ defense on Sunday.

It’s been an up-and-down season for Cook thus far. While touchdowns have come easy, he’s struggled to gain yards consistently. This year, he has five games with more than 50 yards and four games with fewer.
The Chiefs have the third-best run defense in football, and unlike the Bills, their total rushing yards allowed statistics aren’t skewed by teams simply not running the ball against them. The Chiefs rank second in the league in yards allowed per attempt, holding opponents to just 3.7 yards per carry.
