The 4-9 Chicago Bears' post-Matt Eberflus era didn't start how they envisioned, getting blown out 38-13 against the San Francisco 49ers last week.

They'll look to rebound and pull off a massive upset when they face the Minnesota Vikings, who are getting the sixth-shortest Super Bowl odds entering Monday's contest at U.S. Bank Stadium (8 p.m. ET, ABC).

The 11-2 Vikings, who came close to throwing away a 14-point fourth-quarter lead, beat the Bears 30-27 in overtime in their first meeting of the season in Chicago (Week 12).

Minnesota is the 7-point Monday Night Football odds favorite as it looks to improve to 6-2 against the spread at home, and we break down who will cover that spread in our Bears vs. Vikings prediction.

Our Bears vs. Vikings MNF prop bets are part of our NFL Week 15 predictions and feature T.J. Hockenson, Aaron Jones, and D.J. Moore.

  • T.J. Hockenson Over 42.5 yards (-115 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • Aaron Jones Over 63.5 rushing yards (-115 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • D.J. Moore Over 59.5 receiving yards (+100 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

T.J. Hockenson Over 42.5 yards (-109)

Since returning from injury in Week 9, Hockenson has hit the Over on his prop in three of six encounters, including two of the last three. He thrived against the Bears in Chicago, catching seven passes for a season-best 114 yards.

While I can't see Hockenson roasting the Bears for another century, he has a favorable matchup against a Chicago team that allows an average of 62.2 receiving yards to tight ends, the sixth-most. Hockenson is projected to catch four passes for 47.6 receiving yards.

FanDuel and Caesars offer the Over/Under 42.5 yards with odds of -113 and -125, respectively.

Meanwhile, BetMGM offers Over 40.5 yards at -115, while DraftKings offers 41.5 at -110. I'm taking the slightly more expensive price at the lower total, as the discrepancy in the odds isn't enough to warrant the higher total. A winning $10 bet will profit $8.70.

Aaron Jones Over 63.5 rushing yards (-115)

There were early concerns about Jones' health entering this one, but those have recently been put to rest. He participated fully in practice on Friday and Saturday and is good to go. With that in mind, I'm backing him to have another productive outing against a team that has a miserable time stopping him and the run.

The Bears' defense allows the third-most yards per game to running backs (115.69) and the fourth-most yards per attempt (4.95). Jones amassed 120-plus scrimmage yards in three consecutive games against the Bears and had 106 yards on 22 carries in Chicago in Week 12. According to Next Gen Stats, he was also +23 for yards over expected.

Plus, Bears defensive tackle Gervon Dexter Sr. has been ruled out, which should afford Jones more room and time to hit the gaps. He's projected to get 76.5 rushing yards, and a winning $10 bet will profit $8.70.

Best odds: -115 via BetMGM | Implied probability: 53.49%

D.J. Moore Over 59.5 receiving yards (+100)

While the Bears don't have the advantage in many facets of this matchup, they do where D.J. Moore and Keenan Allen are concerned. The Vikings' secondary allows the most receptions (14.85) and yards (192.38) to wide receivers, which Moore and Allen took full advantage of in the Week 12 tilt.

Moore had 97 yards on eight catches and was targeted 16 times in that contest. He has hit this Over in three of the last four games and should be called upon heavily in Minneapolis, especially considering the ideal indoor conditions.

Also, the Bears will probably be trailing for a large portion, forcing them to air it out more often. Of our best NFL betting sites, DraftKings offers the best price. A winning $10 bet will profit $10.
