Tuesday’s NBA Cup matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder (11-3) and San Antonio Spurs (6-8) lost some of its firepower, with Victor Wembanyama listed as doubtful. The Thunder sit second in the NBA Championship odds entering the clash, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the NBA MVP odds favorite.

But this battle inside Frost Bank Center still matters from an in-season tournament perspective, and our Thunder vs. Spurs NBA player prop bets give readers a reason to tune in on TNT at 9:30 p.m. ET. Oklahoma City is also third in the NBA Cup odds.

With Oklahoma City trading as a 9.5-point favorite, this affair features savvy betting angles to help complement our Cavaliers vs. Celtics NBA player prop bets ahead of Tuesday’s doubleheader.

Zach Collins prop bet: Over 12.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zach Collins started and played 26 minutes for the Spurs in their 110-93 loss with Wembanyama out on Saturday. He scored 20 points on 6-of-13 shooting, largely thanks to his 8-for-8 effort from the free-throw line.

It marked season-bests in minutes (by eight), shots (by six), and points (by six) for Collins.

I don’t think that was a one-off, and nor does the market. The Over on Collins’ points prop has moved from +100 overnight to -109 now. I project closer to 14 points, so this Over is playable at -115 or better.

Stephon Castle prop bet: Over 3.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: +150 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 40%

Rookie guard Stephon Castle has been starting to earn more playing time. He played 33 minutes in a tightly contested NBA Cup battle against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, recording five assists.

He's now dished four-plus assists in four of his past six games.

With a projection of 3.65 assists, there's value in his Over at all our best NBA betting sites. Most shops are setting this line at 2.5, with bet365’s -165 being the best bargain. But FanDuel’s offering of Over 3.5 assists provides an even more significant edge.

Jalen Williams prop bet: Under 22.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: -113 via Caesars | Implied probability: 53.05%

Jalen Williams has become the betting favorite in the latest Most Improved Player of the Year odds market. He’s averaging 22.3 points per game, including 23-plus points in three of his previous four outings.

But Williams is being asked to do a lot, particularly while playing more small-ball center since Chet Holmgren was sidelined with an injury. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Thunder attempt to reduce his workload on Tuesday as double-digit favorites.

I project closer to 20 points for Williams in a game with blowout potential. FanDuel charges as much as -128 for this Under, showing that bettors are getting a deal at Caesars.
