The San Antonio Spurs may be the "visitors" on Thursday afternoon against the Indiana Pacers, but superstar big man Victor Wembanyama will be at home when this game tips off at 2 p.m. ET (NBA TV) from Accor Arena in Paris.

He's probably another year or two away from truly competing against the NBA MVP odds favorites, but Wembanyama has been absurd in his second season in the Association.

Wemby will almost certainly be crowned the Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight campaign, and he's improved as a scorer, shooting the ball more efficiently to average 24.4 points per game (up from 21.4 in 2023-24). Wembanyama has sacrificed some dimes at the expense of scoring more this year, but he's still averaging a very healthy 3.7 per contest. However, he's projected to act more as a facilitator on Thursday.

An interesting part of Wembanyama's game this season is that his usage has actually gone down compared to his rookie season. That's helped him improve his turnover rate (from 16.2% to 14.3%).

Wemby is projected to have another relatively clean game in Paris, as he's projected for 3.8 turnovers. Based on that projection, we're getting exactly 11% +EV on this bet through these +132 odds.
