The Denver Nuggets (23-15) and Dallas Mavericks (22-17) face off on the basketball court for the second time in three days when they meet on Tuesday.

Denver secured a 112-101 road victory on Sunday, covering as a 5.5-point favorite for its third straight win. The Nuggets are laying -4.5 in the rematch when the action begins from American Airlines Center in Dallas at 9:30 p.m. ET (TNT).

Westbrook has become a key part of this Denver team. In January, he’s averaging 17.9 points, 8.0 assists, and 7.7 rebounds in 32.3 minutes per game. The Nuggets are 5-2 in those seven contests.

Irving has been upgraded to questionable ahead of Tuesday’s matchup with Denver. He’s been out since early January with a back injury, which has coincided with the Mavericks missing Luka Doncic.

The Mavs would love to get Irving back, but he’s proven to be not much of a facilitator since Doncic went down on Christmas. Irving has finished below 5.5 assists in all four games since then, averaging 2.75 dimes per contest.

I have a slight edge on Jokic’s assist prop (9.5), but the better bet is to just take the +150 price on him to record a triple-double. A $10 bet would net a $15 payout, a notable offering considering DraftKings has -105 odds for the same ticket.

Jokic finished one assist shy of a triple-double against Dallas on Sunday, but he’s accomplished the feat in four of his past six games. He flirts with a triple-double on a nightly basis, and I like his chances of doing so in a potentially closer contest.
