Best Celtics vs. Warriors prop predictions
Andrew Wiggins prop pick: Over 26.5 points + rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Several key members of Golden State’s rotation are out tonight, and that means Wiggins should see an increased opportunity as a scorer, rebounder, and facilitator. The Warriors’ depth at forward is particularly thin, with Brandin Podziemski, Draymond Green, Kyle Anderson, and Jonathan Kuminga all sidelined.
Wiggins has hit the Over in just 14 of 35 games this season, but he’s hit the mark in three straight and five of seven. Across his last three, Wiggins has averaged a healthy 25 points, 6.3 boards, and 2.3 dimes, nearly cashing this prop with his offense alone.
Wiggins has averaged 25.7 PRAs at home compared to just 22.3 on the road, setting him up nicely to cash this prop at Chase Center tonight.
Best odds: -125 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 55.56%
Kristaps Porzingis prop pick: Over 25.5 points + rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Porzingis is averaging 18.8 points and 7.1 boards this season, good for 25.9 points + rebounds. An average performance will get the job done tonight, but KP should be far better than average in this one.
Boston’s starting center has been phenomenal across his last six, averaging 21 points and 8.8 boards while hitting the Over in each contest. He’s hit the Over on this line in 13 of 18 games overall this season, good for 72.2%, making this a strong value play at -120 odds.
Porzingis has averaged slightly fewer points + rebounds on the road than at home this season, but he’s gone for at least 26 in six of nine outside of TD Garden. Golden State’s frontcourt depth is decimated, and Porzingis will have a monster size advantage against the likes of Kevon Looney and Gui Santos.
This combo prop feels like easy money, and it’s out favorite play for this game. Hammer the Over.
Best odds: -120 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 54.55%
Dennis Schroder prop pick: Over 19.5 points + assists ⭐⭐⭐
With Podziemski sidelined, Golden State is down a wing scorer and playmaker. Steph Curry is questionable after sustaining a left ankle sprain in Saturday’s win against the Washington Wizards, so the Warriors’ backcourt could be shorthanded.
Schroder has started all 16 games since joining Golden State, averaging 10.8 points and 4.5 assists. He’s picked it up across his last five, averaging 13.8 points and 4.2 dimes, including a 20-point, four-assist performance against the Wizards.
Schroder failed to hit the Over on this line in each of his first seven games with the Warriors, but he’s done so in four of his last nine. The Warriors will need scoring and playmaking against Boston, and Schroder is in line to answer the bell.
Best odds: 110 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 52.38%
