Wizards (+500)
With the No. 2 pick in last year's draft, Washington selected Alex Sarr, who leads the NBA Rookie of the Year odds. But despite Sarr's solid play, Washington has the worst record in the NBA and things don't appear to be getting better anytime soon.
While the Wizards still need to win the NBA draft lottery to secure the chance to draft Flagg, the Wooden Award odds favorite would give Washington a true star with the potential to finally turn this bottom-feeder franchise around. If Flagg ends up in the capital, a $10 bet pays a $50 profit.

Raptors (+600)
The Wizards have been so bad in the Eastern Conference it's helped cover up for how poorly Darko Rajakovic's second season up north has gone. With the Raptors in desperate need to improve on both ends of the court and hoping to find a versatile scorer to pair with Scottie Barnes, Flagg would fit in perfectly.
The freshman phenom also has the Blue Devils leading the March Madness odds, something current Raptors star and Duke alum RJ Barrett knows all about ... though Flagg is hoping to bring a title back to Durham, something Barrett and Zion Williamson were unable to do.

Jazz (+600)
The worst team in the Western Conference, the Jazz have been as bad as the Raptors this year and only slightly better than the Wizards. All three of these teams are pretty firmly in the worst shape in the league.
Flagg could be an interesting addition in Utah with Lauri Markkanen being one of the best court stretching 7-footers in the NBA, and the last time Jazz CEO Danny Ainge drafted a Blue Devil early it turned out pretty well. If Flagg ends up in the Beehive State, a $10 bet pays a $60 profit.
